Please note that the booking time you select is for gameplay only. Additional time is required for setup and training before your VR session begins. To ensure a smooth experience, we kindly ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled booking time.

If you arrive after your booking time, the delay will cut into your gameplay time, as we have other bookings scheduled after your session. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best experience for all guests. If you are unable to make it, please call us as soon as possible to reschedule your session. For the best and most comfortable experience, we recommend VR for ages 8 and up, as the headsets may be too big for younger children. However, if the participant has previous experience using our Vive Focus 3 headsets, they should be good to go! If you’re unsure or have any questions, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help!
